Playable Profiles - Mario
In
Super Mario RPG, Mario was the main character who was out to rescue Toadstool.
After battling Bowser, Mario went to untie Toadstool when a huge sword named
Exor crashed into Bowser's Keep. Mario, Toadstool, and Bowser were flung in
different directions all over the world. Mario landed at Mario's Pad (his house)
where his old friend Toad was waiting for him and Toadstool. After Mario
explained what happened, Toad said that both of them needed to tell the
Chancellor. Mario went through Mushroom Way and to the Mushroom Kingdom. He told
the Chancellor, and the Chancellor said that he needed to rescue Toadstool.
Mario went throughout the world until he finally found Toadstool at a wedding
chapel forcefully getting married to a creature named Booster. He rescued
Toadstool, and took her back to the Mushroom Kingdom. However, Toadstool didn't
want to go back, instead she decided to fight with Mario to defeat Smithy. Now
that Toadstool was fine, Mario was focused at collecting the 7 star pieces to
repair the Star Road. Mario battled tough foes until he had 6 out of 7 star
pieces. Mario then went to Bowser's Keep to fight Exor. Exor sucked him up
and inside he found Smithy. Smithy had held the last start piece and Mario
fought him to get it. Mario then defeated Smithy and grabbed the last star piece
- the Star Road was now complete.
